LIV Golf League Set to Launch in 2023 With Multi-Year Broadcast Agreement

The LIV Golf League is set to make its debut in 2023 with a full schedule of events and team rosters announced. The league is backed by the Saudi-backed golf league and will be broadcasted in 100% of its markets across the United States, as part of the network’s exclusive multi-year broadcast agreement.

With the first tournament of the season beginning on February 24th at Mayakoba in Mexico, all 14 global LIV Golf League events will air from 1:00-6:00pm ET on Saturdays and Sundays on The CW Network’s linear and digital platforms, with Friday rounds carried on The CW App.[0] In the U.S., all eight tournaments and six international events will be broadcasted and streamed live on The CW App, a platform that has been downloaded over 90 million times and is available on all primary devices.[1]

The first four team rosters were revealed Wednesday and the announcement of the final four rosters is forthcoming. Friday will be the day the final four team rosters are revealed. Monday saw the unveiling of the last four teams, with players gearing up for the inaugural tournament of the season beginning on Friday in Mayakoba, Mexico. LIV Golf announced its first four team line-ups last Wednesday and four more the following day, with Thomas Pieters confirmed on Monday as part of Bubba Watson's Range Goats GC team.[2]

The 14 tournaments for the 2023 LIV Golf League season are:[3]

Feb. 24-26: El Camaleon Golf Course, Mayakoba, Mexico

The Gallery Golf Club in Tucson, Ariz. will be open from March 17

Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma will be open from May 12th-14[4]

Trump National Golf Club, located in Washington, D.C., will be open from May

Real Club Valderrama in Sotogrande, Spain will be hosting an event[4]

From July 7th to 9th, the Centurion Club in[5]

August 4th-6th: The Old White Course located in White Sulphur Springs, West[6]

Aug. 11-13: The Grange Golf Club, Adelaide, Australia[6]

September 22nd-24th: Rich Harvest Farms, located in Sugar Grove,[4]
